I saw a squirrel munching on a chicken nugget. He was hanging on a tree trunk by his back feet, upside-down, staring at me like I might try to snatch it. Little did he know I'm vegan and wouldn't have dreamed of capturing anything but his adorable photo! Taken at Homosassa Springs Wildlife State Park in Homosassa, Florida.

Great capture and funny story! One time, we caught a squirrel eating an ice cream cone someone had thrown out.

Randi, I like how you see the world. I enjoy the animal antics of squirrels and all woodland creatures... whoops make that ALL CREATURES... (great and small) hehe.. I love how this squirrels just hands upside down by his legs.. Thanks, Kym. Animals can be so amusing. The way he's leaning on his elbows reminds me of a 50s/60s teenager lying on the bed chatting on the phone! (Feeling better these days? You have me stumped there...or maybe I'm having a senior moment!)
